Scheduling
For efficiency all booking and communication is done through text messaging. To schedule your appointment please include the following information: First and last name, your availability (days and time frames), how long of a session you are wanting reserve, and your referral source if applicable. Messages sent on weekends or holidays will be replied to during regular weekday business hours. I utilize an ongoing cancellation list for those who book and then be notified if other options become available sooner. Once added online you will receive an automated text stating your appointment has been accepted. Four days prior to your session there will be another text with a link to click to confirm your appointment. Please do not reply to the automated messages, I will not receive them. Any communication will need to go through my business number 913-972-5596. The cancelation policy is listed below.
Please refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, essential oils, etc. in order to keep a neutral environment safe from potential allergens.

Cancellation Policy
First and foremost when booking please be meticulous in choosing the days and times you know you can commit to reserving an appointment to lessen the likelihood of rescheduling or canceling. There is a specific strategy in how the schedule is constructed each business day. In offering different treatment durations it is undesirable and difficult to have to do rearranging once a day is already set and fully booked. I also understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
A 24 hour advance notice (during business days/hours) is required when canceling an appointment. Monday appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled by close of business on Friday. If Monday is a holiday and a Tuesday appointment needs to be rescheduled that also needs to be done by close of day on the previous Friday. This allows the opportunity for someone else to fill the appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your service. This must be paid by end of the day the service was scheduled. A $5 fee will be added each day it remains unpaid.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged for their missed session. Also, in cases where there is chronic canceling/rescheduling that person will no longer be able to book appointments.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
